Grenadier may be gone, but a lot of their stuff is still in production. Emperor's Choice is making some of the Sandra Garrity stuff (which includes some excellent ratdudes). Stratelibri is making the Fantasy Warriors line, which includes Nick Lund's excellent orcs. Copplestone Casting is making the very good Future Warriors line, which is just as well, since Mr. Copplestone was the sculptor. He's also adding new items to the line, which is good news for my Eschers. eM-4-Miniatures is turning out some of the Future Warriors line with plastic bases and some of the Fantasy Warriors range. Even better, you can get some of the stuff pre-painted.
