About Us

We have become increasingly disappointed in the quality of food and other products routinely being sold to the mass market.

We have attempted to overcome this by raising our own livestock -- beef, sheep, poultry , and honeybees -- to provide for our meat and other needs.

We raise Great Pyrenees dogs to guard our registered Polypay sheep.

We butcher beef cattle, lambs, and chickens for the meat and use some of the byproducts in producing our soap and candles.

We cut trees to produce the lumber from which we make some of our furniture.

Our vegetable garden provides some of the produce, at least for the crows, rabbits, and other wildlife.

Apple, peach, pear and plum trees and grapes along with wild blackberries and persimmons provide for our fruit needs.

So while our efforts are primarily for our needs, we offer the excess to those who may not have such heavenly bounty readily available to them. That we offer on the following pages.
