This Subpoena directs you to
summons forthwith a jury of six good and lawful citizens of Smith County
to appear before the Coroner of Smith County on the 20th. day of
April,2008 To make inquest into the death of Billy R. Blue Who was
found deceased in the County.
Upon receipt of this Summons the
named Juror shall under penalty of law present themselves for duty at the
Herein appointed time and place. Smith County Courthouse, Room 100, at
2:30 PM, April 20th, 2008.

appear and give testimony as regards the death of who was found deceased in Smith
County. You will appear at Room 100 of the Smith County Courthouse at
2:30pm on the 20th. day April of 2008.
Failure to appear will result in a
writ of attachment that will result in your arrest and incarceration. Your testimony
is required, failure to testify will result in your incarceration until you
decide to testify, or due course of law takes place.
