We are so excited to share that one of our puppies has grown up to be a wonderful mother: to tigers!! Tom and Allie Harvey of Caney, KS, keepers of the Safari Zoological Park adopted Isabella from Daisy's Golden Retrievers.

After Izzy had a litter of puppies, fate had it that a mother tiger at the zoo rejected her litter of tiger cubs. Izzy, being the natural mother that she is, took in the cubs and treated them as if they were her own! Nursing and caring for the cubs, Izzy made herself and the Zoo famous. Everyone wanted to know about Izzy, the Golden Retriever! Allie, Izzy, and the cubs have been on: Fox News, the Today Show, Kansas.com, and Channel 13. In December and January, they will be featured on Animal Planet!

We are so proud of Izzy for stepping up to the plate and taking care of both her own puppies and the tiger cubs! Much thanks to Allie and Tom for taking such good care of Izzy! This is surely a natural phenomenon that will go down in history. Congrats Izzy!
